My: were tasked with designing a shopfront, interior, menu system and decor elements for a chain of Mexican/US style burrito bars. The restaurant identity had to promote the health benefits of this new fast food, while at the same time grabbing attention away from the high street vendors. Such as Greggs, MacDonalds and Subway.

After the briefing and brand workshop the following core values were decided on — Always fun, healthy, fresh and fast. This was incorporated in the build as well as the brand. We commissioned specially made chili light fittings, designed a custom wallpaper for a feature wall, a set of vintage wrestling posters, a Scoville chili heat chart and a easy to use menu system, all to be rolled out across each store.
